Patents and Trademarks Agent in India and member of Gujarat Bar Association. Dr. Acharya obtained his Ph.D. in Climate Change Impact Management, Postgraduate of Science in Biotechnology and Bioinformatics, Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws from Gujarat University.
As an executive director of HK Acharya & Company, Dr. Acharya has extensive experience in handling patent applications and litigation strategies. Frequent visits and invitations to the Intellectual Property Office of India to propose various amendments and suggestions to the Government's Department of Intellectual Property. With its excellence in business development strategy, it has been invited to give lectures on foreign trade, business development and intellectual property promotion to various government and semi-government organizations. As an active participant in the intellectual property system, Dr. Acharya is a member of various well-known intellectual property associations, including INTA, ECTA, BIO, AIPPI and APAA, as well as a corporate member of the International Industrial Council of the United States.
