CNIPA Will Revise the Patent Certificates

For patents with an issue date on or after June 1, 2024, CNIPA will issue a new version of patent certificates. The revised certificates optimize and adjust the layout of recorded items. CNIPA will not provide replacement services for old version certificates issued.
