Informative User Guide for the View and Drawing Requirements of Designs-ID5(CNIPA-EUIPO-JPO-KIPO-USPTO)
Since 2015, the five offices of CNIPA, EUIPO, JPO, KIPO, and USPTO have continued to carry out a series of international cooperation in the field of design, aiming to enhance mutual understanding among the five offices, enhance public awareness of design protection, and provide better services for them.
The "Informative User Guide for the View and Drawing Requirements of Designs" results from a cooperative project jointly led by CNIPA and the EUIPO. The user guide is trying to sort out specific questions that may occur to users when it comes to the View and Drawing Requirements of design applications. Using pictures and texts, it comprehensively displays the requirements for submission of design views of the five offices for reference and reference by innovation entities.
