CREATORIP Selected as a Founding Member of the Jiangsu Foreign-related IP Legal Services Alliance

A Dynamic Manufacturing Hub with Growing Global IP Engagement
CREATORIP(创元专利) Selected as a Founding Member of the Jiangsu Foreign-related IP Legal Services Alliance

According to an official announcement released on December 26, 2025, Jiangsu Province—one of China’s most economically dynamic regions—continues to strengthen its support for companies expanding globally through enhanced foreign-related intellectual property services.

Jiangsu is widely recognized for its robust manufacturing ecosystem, export-oriented economy, and high concentration of innovative enterprises. With tens of thousands of technology-driven companies actively engaging in overseas markets, the province has become an increasingly important hub for cross-border intellectual property activities, including international patent filings, trademark protection, and overseas enforcement.

As local companies scale internationally, issues such as overseas patent enforcement, trademark protection, and regulatory investigations are no longer occasional events, but part of the daily business reality. In response to this growing demand, the Jiangsu Foreign-related Intellectual Property Legal Services Alliance was established to coordinate professional resources and provide structured, high-quality IP support for companies operating globally.

We are honored that CREATORIP(创元专利) has been selected as a founding member of this Alliance.

This recognition reflects not only our technical and legal capabilities, but also our nearly 40 years of consistent, high-quality practice in intellectual property services. Over the past decades, CREATORIP has worked closely with manufacturing companies, technology innovators, and research institutions, supporting them in international patent strategies, overseas IP risk management, and cross-border dispute preparedness.

Participation in the Alliance provides a valuable platform for deeper collaboration with international partners and enables us to better serve real-economy enterprises as they navigate increasingly complex global IP environments.

We look forward to contributing our experience and working alongside Alliance members and global stakeholders to support innovation, strengthen IP protection, and facilitate sustainable international growth.
