Patent Examination Guidelines (2023)
According to the Implementing Regulations of the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China, the "Guidelines for Patent Examination" are formulated. The revised "Guidelines for Patent Examination" are now published and will come into effect on January 20, 2024. The "Guidelines for Patent Examination" published on January 21, 2010 and subsequent relevant office orders and announcements are simultaneously abolished.
