Work Experiences:

Before joining CreatorIP, Mr. Feng was an associate professor at the East China University of Technology. He has been providing legal services related to patents in China to both domestic and international clients since 2016, including patent prosecution, patent invalidation, patent search and analysis, and civil and administrative litigation related to patents. Mr. Feng has also been serving as the legal counsel for Zhejiang Huiguan and ETTA Biotech for years. As the director of the international department at Suzhou Creator, Mr. Feng has extensive experience in designing patent strategies and preventing infringement risks for clients worldwide, with a particular focus on Chinese practice for foreign clients and international issues for Chinese clients. Representative Matters Laitram LLC V. Suzhou HGZ Automation Technology Co., Ltd., Patent Invalidation Request 4W112654（No. 581062 Decision，2024） On behalf of Petitioner HGZ in a Patent Invalidation Request case, successfully obtained a decision invalidating all challenged claims and denying the patent owner's amendments to the claims. The invalidated claims were directed to a system and method to selectively divert objects to either side of a conveyor belt at a desired diverting angle. Dyson Technology Limited V. Shenzhen Company A and Suzhou Company B (2019) On behalf of Petitioners A and B, successfully obtained a result in a Customs dispute in the UK regarding patent infringement, releasing the seized goods within one week. The patents were directed to vacuum cleaners.
